just interested in what fish smokers people are using im looking at getting a digital controlled bradley smoker (www.bradleysmokers.com) does fish meat basically anything also if anyone has one and can recommend it.

about them on amazon.com
One of the comments recommends the Traeger brand over Bradley. Mind you the Traeger is a BBQ.

Probably come down to price and availability i think the bradley 4 rack digital controlled is $599 but i cant seem to find any in wa so i will have a look at the traeger.

The Bradley smokers
have a great following in NZ and if you do a search on www.fishing.net.nz you will find a lot of feedback. I contacted Aaron and the WA price for a 4 rack setup was quoted at $935. Not cheap but they have a very good reputation. I am still amazed at the lack of interest in smoked fish in Oz as compared to our bros over the ditch.

I found a couple on ebay for $599 pick up only in NSW mite see what a courier is worth to pick it up and get it delivered to perth.And your right smoked fish is underated over here but i want to do different meats as well i have been using a weber and i do every thing pizzas chooks fish but i do like the idea of digitally controlled turn it on a nd leave it
