Exmouth - advice needed

Well the old man had just booked a week up in exmouth from the 4th to the 10th of july. So im pretty exited.
Im going to do alot of fishing up there but we wont have a boat so it will be all shorebased. I was just wondering what the fishing is like from the shore and what gear (lures ect) that i will need to get into some fish.

There has been heaps of these threads recently. In the search option on the left, type in exmouth shore based and you should get a lot of reports and questions with answers.
You best bet is to go with soft plastics or small poppers. There is heaps and heaps of bait around most of the accesses on the west side at the moment, a mate got into some solid 1m plus queenies in lighthouse bay the other day.
