Hey guys I'm planning to do some mulloway fishing at the e shed this weekend, not sure which day tho, just had a few questions for the pros, would trumpeter be any good for bait? And what other types of fish are hiding down there? Cheers greatly appreciated

Mulloway
Trumpeter are a very popular choice of live bait - especially in the river. It is said that the grunting annoys the mulloway to the point it attacks the trumpeter. I've never had any luck with them personally but on hearsay they work well in the river system. You don't need to put a big live bait out, 10-15cm is probably perfect.
I'd be inclined to give Friday morning a go if you are free (from about 6am onwards). Failing that Saturday morning.
Good luck.

Weather
Weather should be clearing. Light easterly. High tide mid-morning. Pretty nice conditions for a fish really....and a few days after the new moon :)

You can get snapper there but
You can get snapper there but it's more about preparation and effort than luck. Landing them is hard at the sheds
