Cryovac machine

Anyone know of a commercial cryovac machine that works? I used an orved today (supposedly top of range for the kitchen use) but cooked it after the 4th sheep out of 7! it was new, however I didn't expect t to pack it in that soon!

if you want commercial then go to mormac packaging in balcatta but be prepared to pay for it too.
I use one of those machines that you have in the pic and am very happy with it but it is only a domestic machine.
My spots are so secret even the fish don't know about them !
