Got a few nice ones . Pickled cray . Popcorn legs only way to go . All jumbos good for . Raw pickle mix ones turn out mint

I use white malt
Vin 50/50 water . Add salt/ pepper / garlic / chillie / mixed herbs .Stir it up taste it. If it’s good I boil mix . While that heating up I clean crays raw . Put raw chunks in jar then tip boiling mix into jar . Wait for 5 mins then put lid on . Let Cool then put in fridge . Jumbos turn out brilliant and tender . Really good .35 meters of water

Last longer than 4 days. I would think at least a week. Otherwise it will keep cooking and go soft
