canarvon late july

alrite guys after months of planning i am finally headding up north for the first time we are staying in canarvon and will be fishing the jetty and beaches around town and possibly quabba for a day i am chasing any local knolage on whats happens around the place in late july any help appreciated

Local fishing
The jetty is producing a few tailor after dark, bream, whiting and crabs during the day.
The prawning jetty has dart, soapy mulloway, whiting and bream.
Pelican point, whiting , flathead and a few bream
Quobba has been a bit quiet but with the big swell coming tomorrow things should improve once it drops off.
