AM thinking of trying out the new tent and google earthed jurian bay it looks good from above :) how is it on the ground ? I see they have a proper marina so launching should be no problem hows the fishing there as the tent is the excuse to bring the boat (naturaly) :)
thanks

Jurien's a good spot
The caravan park at Jurien is virtually ocean front and a great place to put up the tent and wander across to the town jetty for a fish. The marina (about 2 km away) is massive and easy launching, if your heading out wide be wary of these waters as there are lots of reef breaks. If the wind is south drive up to Sandy Cape, a beautiful north facing bay about 15km north of Jurien Bay.

great fishing but it gets so
great fishing but it gets so windy at jurien you really need to pick your day. the locals dont give much away either so u will have to find your own spots. getting offshore on a windy day can be very difficult however there is still good fishing to be done from the beach also.
normally crabs around but im not to sure what time of the year is best for them.
just make sure you pick your time to go up cause the wind is unreal.
