Blackwood & Murray sessions

With the demersal ban in full swing the result of this hasnt been as bad as id have thought as normally id choose blue water over brackish every time. Im leaving the sambos alone this season, caught enough little bluefin and venturing into the southwest river systems. The result has been some sensational fishing. If your a taclke whore, dont stress you can still spend squllions on gear too. How a 40 millimeter lure can cost $27 has got me beat? And a sly bream can vanish with it in seconds. With a little help from a mate who regularly competes, the right gear and alot of casting practice theres some great fish to be caught and released.
Anyways heres a few pics from the last 2 day trips.

$27 lure?
Cause they work so well.
Suspending in wood and watching big blacks stalking them and then smacking them....
Def gets the blood pumping.

beautiful pics Tony and I agree with the bream fishing cost. It would have to be the most expensive per cm going around!

would have been nice down on
would have been nice down on the river with that bit of fog hanging on the water. few nice blacks there as well . boating through there would have been nicer than battling the rough seas and swell, well done
