Yeah...
...San Diego Chargers fan. Still feeling sick over what happened to them against the Jets last week.
Super Bowl will actually take place on Monday morning, our time, two weeks from now. Colts have won two in their history, Saints have never been to one before. Should be a good game but if the weather's good I'll go fishing instead!

Which website?
According to NFL.com Super Bowl 44 will be played on Sunday, Feb 7, 625 pm Miami time, which will be 725 am Monday WA time...next week's game is actually the Pro Bowl (NFL All-Star game).
Second-guessing is always huge in the NFL. If the Vikings ran the ball on that play who's to say that Adrian Peterson doesn't fumble it AGAIN. Their defense played great, too bad their offense kept giving the ball away.

Colts will win
Peyton Manning is too good. The Colts will poop it in I reckon! I was watching his little bro Eli the other week for the Giants and he looks just as good. Don't get to see a whole lot of NFL but I do like it. Unfortunately I'll be working during the Superbowl, although I might pull an RDO if we're not busy.
I fish for the future - Cause I can't bloody catch anything!

A bit spewing about Minnesota going down I thought the Saints
got a few crowd calls late in the game. I can't see the Colts getting beaten. Once Manning gets into gear he just picks the defences to pieces. I would have loved to have seen him and Brett Favre go head-to-head.

Lol The Linebackers and Tight Ends would make absolute
mincemeat of any AFL players you would like to name. Plugger Locket would look like a jockey next to those guys. And when you have 130 kilo plus guys that can outsprint most AFL players, you know you are looking at some of the world's ultimate athletes - and don't let me talk about the speed and the skills of the wide receivers and punt returners.

Dockers fan...
...calling something ELSE gay. Now I've heard everything
There are a few blokes in the AFL that would have the size/strength to play this game...Jonathon Brown comes to mind, as does Barry Hall, although he'd probably be dragged in the first quarter. Unsportsman-like conduct/personal foul is a 15 yard penalty and sets the whole team back!
Like any sport, the guys that grew up with it are the ones who are best suited to play it. Former Aussie Rules players now earning a quid as punters in the NFL (Ben Graham, Sav Rocca) have been performing the same kicking motion since they were little kids.
Years ago the Dallas Cowboys had a look at the All Black's Jona Lomu, after he steamrolled that pommie dude in the World Cup. If I were looking at prospects for an NFL team, aside from the punter, I'd be looking at rugby players more than AFL people. The act of scoring a try is very similar to scoring a touchdown and penalty kicks closely resemble placekicking, and usually from much more extreme angles. Makes sense, since the game came from rugby.
Colin is right, tight ends and linebackers are probably the most complete atheletes in the game...they have a bit of everything, size, strength, speed. The linemen are the 130kg monsters, primarily there to block and tackle. Ball carriers, like wide receivers and running backs, and the men assigned to defend/cover them, have tremendous speed. In fact, outside of the 100m and 200m finals at the Olympics, I cannot think of any other sport where you'll see such fast people.
It is an extremely specialised game...but even little guys can play. Placekickers are normal sized but you wouldn't want to be one if you miss that field goal that would've won the game after all your huge teammates have spent the last three hours bashing heads!
San Diego's kick returner (Darren Sproles) is 5 foot 6, 70kgs. He's the smallest dude in the league but is an effective ball carrier because at that size it's like trying to tackle a bar of soap!
