We have an agreement with Freo to alternate the round 1 home fixture and we got to open the stadium this year when it was our turn so fair’s fair.
Will be interesting to see if the AFL send Collingwood over here in round 2 so they can watch us unfurl the premiership flag. They’ve given Collingwood the home game round 1 so it’s a possibility and will ensure we get 60k through the gates.

the first one as the west coast centric media wouldn’t have been able to embellish the story with old speculation. As for signing a confidentiality agreement, that’s certainly not unusual in this day and age.

My info is straight from the horse's mouth Dale and I have it on good authority from my dog's vet's postman's brother in law's ex roomate's third cousin removed that all is not well inside Freo.

Need to get facts right, he was with 5 others at the Ocean Beach Hotel, 19:00 in the evening. Someone in that group was asked to leave. Was it Bennell? Maybe, maybe not. But anyway, that person was asked to leave, he did and so did the others in the group. Nothing in it really, but the media love it and say it how they thought it, or want it to happen.
