Looks like a small black by the pec fins.
Nice fish.
Dont blacks have a stiff dorsal fin?
As all the beakies we caught had the dorsal fin lay into a slot behind the head
and a one peice gill cover!!

Blacks have rigid pectoral fins , blues fold back to the body
