Its a TM258 transducer as I am not really fishing past the 150m mark and am more interested in . Works great (only tried it on the weekend with the new sounder) and picks and holds at speed. No intereference at all when both are on.Connected to a Koden CVS128. Got the package on a one day deal from Whitworths for $1900 delivered.
Built like a brick sh!t house thats for sure compared to some other brands .Have heard very positive reports on them, they arent that well known by rec fishers, have a few people in the industry who recommended them to me and I couldnt pass up the deal. At least (I hope) I know who to ask for any fine tuning tips when I need to (should be Ok though, learn by playing around with it).

Have the exact same sounder
Have the exact same sounder and transducer. Have used it in 400m no worries. Just need to set it up right.
The Kodens are awesome once you learn how to read them. Better than the 585 IMO.
