Yes. That's what I do. I manage end of life solutions for this sort of stuff. The door is the front of a very expensive piece of equipment. This is the sort of stuff that processes your transactions online. Not too many people get to see what really drives the online system. A couple of screws and some velcro and up she goes.
It fits perfectly here and with a few subtle mods my wife is quite happy about the aesthetics. LOL. And.. there is no fishy smell.

I am not exactly sure what model the machine was. It's certainly a high-end P-series. Documentation refers to 7300 range. The whole unit weighed just over 900 kilos intact. Pulling them apart gives me a very interesting insight into how these things are designed and what goes into them. My next target trophy is a Z series... We all dream on....
