Live bait was pretty hard to find. No lure really stood out. That fella was caught on a Blue Killalure barra bait, one was caught on a Guns & Roses coloured Classic F18, another an a Clown coloured Rapala Magnum. All very different colours, depths & swimming actions.
Must be hungry little fallas. As all will know they can be very picky somedays and only take a tight action lure for instance, good to see them on so many different lures. Give any plastics a go? Ive heard that the large squidgies with resen head work well!

What a top conditioned fish! Were you catching them on lures or livies?

Hard bodied lures
A couple of the guys had a crack with soft plastics, but they were all caught on hard bodies.
