Pro Jigger drag washer

Pro Jigger drag washer

Have been pulling the reels apart and greasing them up in preparation for the Monties this coming weekend. This is the carbon drag washer from the Pro Jigger.

It's now got a good swipe of Cal's grease on it and is ready to go.

Looks the goods. Just be sparing when greasing the carbon fibre drag washers but I'm sure you know what you're doing.

How many sleepless nights have you had now being excited for the trip?

Yeah man, I put a good

Yeah man, I put a good amount across it to start with and then lightly ran a cloth across it to get rid of the excess.  Kept it moist but didn't drown it.

We fly out late Friday morning then steam out of Exxy sometime in the evening, just going through the final thoughts on - how much tackle can I take without totally blowing my baggage allowance - Laughing

Interesting, I read you should drown it, then take off as much as you can.

I aimed to give it a good

I aimed to give it a good coating but with little visible residue left on the washer... so when I ran my finger over it I could feel the washer felt moist, but not slippery. If that makes sense...

Just smuggle everything aboard by strapping it to your body :)
