decided to head out wide today, good weather, and havent had pinks in a while, went out to some ground in the 120,s found a flare in 121m that came up to 114m, first drop , and we had pinks, dble headers etc, decided to keep 2 only , just in case.. anyway came in after the wind was changing and on the way to another patch , we found another good flare, dropped down and straight away, a dhuie, and more pinks, was an easy bag out, good fun, a lot of new ground sounded..

Was definately a nice day out
Was definately a nice day out today we were out 30 km off point perron not a breathe of wind till about 1 didn't have much luck BA king George and a couple of sharks had to drop right ontop of the fish as the drift was non exsistant at one stage I'm sure my 1.5 ounce jig head was anchoring the boat never thought I could ever get a unweighted scallie to snag the bottom in 45 meters of water taking mum out behind the 5 for a troll tomorrow will be good to get my old lady out on the boat for the first time hope she don't get sick or she might have to camp up for a bit at Carnac island. My sounder was reading 28degrees 30 km out today surely that can't be right
