one thing tho , to get a better taste out of them its best off gutting them asap. i generally do my sharks within 10 minuits of capture. important to remove all brown line along the spine.
Was caught on a live butter fish fished on the bottom while drifting the whiting grounds. Could see the livey getting excited on the rod tip before being consumed.
