the are the target of commercials off Tassie.

Different kind of flesh to Grey Band and Harpuka, abit more delicate and very easy to overcook.

I'm no masterchef so if just find simply breadcrumbing and panfrying the easiest way.

Other guys like Till have all sorts of inventive ways of cooking them.
