Thats some nasty sh!t

 First cast at Oyster rocks at Kal. Got stuck on some weed, flick, flick and the shinny raider came zooming back. Put my left fore arm up and thump. Two of the trebble hooks were so firmly lodged in my forearm the skin was wight tight around the puncture zone. Did not hurt funny enought. Off to the hospital, and much pissing around to get them out. It hurt at the hospital. :) .  Have changed to singles on a lot of my chromies.

Was medical help far away for you?

under the nail too.... one of my mates did the same thing on his first toe and it was touching the nail from the back... eeeewwwww..........

I heard that there is a way of getting hooks out with a piece of string but I have no idea how it works.... anyone know?????

Nasty, youd really have to work that one thru to cut it off.  I think the string trick would be a hell of a yank to pop it out as well being on the end.  Hold down on the hook eye and loop the line under and yank I think, youtube it

Certainly looks like a trip to the doc there, not much fun at all and a little bit of rust to go with.

 Yep no fun, i did my first last Easter. Was Handy being Easter monday and in a fairly remote loaction.

 Well, looks as if a fair few have tryed it already, yeh had to push it through it was fkn hard didn't relize how tuff human flesh was once I got it through I had to cut off the barb an slide it back out , mum was pissed , she pretended it didn't happen for about 45 min and continued to fish but then after I couldn't get it out she finally agreed to go for a drive lol
