Goodz, don't know if ill ever repeat that capture on the jig. I was working the jig slowly along the bottom hoping for a dhu or pink,But you just never know..
Excellent effort Chris. A KG is one of my last local demersal targets on jig, still yet to crack it...you bastard haha.
Was out today and found things quite slow, with the northerly wind and drift. Only managed a few undersize dhu on jig, but a few real good Blackarse on bait.
that's awesome. I've been doing well on soft plastics for a while now but didn't think they'd hit a jig, especially not that style, maybe a lucanus type.
Great capture, I don't think anyone will top that for a while
just goes to show anything is possible. i could understand maybe an octa jig but one of them is amazing. well done. its going to be a hard one to beat for sure

I have got em on s/p's, might have to try some bay rubbers next trip south and see how we go?
