Hard lumps
Harlequin are generally reef dwellers, most of our captures have come from isolated coral and rock lumps in the 40m area. I have one spot called "Harley" that rarely lets us down for a feed of Harlequin. I don;t often fish it but usually will hit it on the way back in after not doing well out wide and will snaffle a Harlequin more often than not.
