Yep
Pretty sure its a Gillies long cast. It certainly helped me get that extra distance into the nugget hanging off the reef. The haymakers were blooping up a storm but weren't as successful. The next day they did the damage on a big queenfish, but the big gt's just werent interested in anything we had to offer even though we saw them swimming about. It was a different story when we where anchored up off Peak in 25m of water, one tuna of easily 20kg smashed a haymaker and snapped off within seconds when a huge noah came up and scared the crap out of it, not even Gribbo's stella 20000 with 80 pound braid could do any damage. Even the spaniards like the haymakers and smashed up a couple before we realised we needed wire!

hahahah - gloves
I had the other jigging/popping glove on and the tail flips were cutting straight through it into my hand so decided to go for the thick glove. With the chaos I lost my other glove and went bugger it, I'll do the criss cross and look like a retard, but hey, I still got the fish which is all the mattered - well to me anyway :)))

Get a glove like Rory's
Adam you obviously needed a glove like the one Rory was using in my little Exmouth vid. Then you would look the total loser.
Nah, top catch mate and yet another example of Adam adapting to the circumstances. (Hehehe)
Cheers

Glove
Yeh, don't know if I can break out the rubber glove, thats a bit too much. I don't think I'm ever going to live the dolphinfish (salmon) saga down and now the 'mr adaptability' title, you better be careful next time I'm out with you Andy!!! :)) All in good fun.
