First barra for the season, another pic

Stoked to land my first for the season this afternoon, caught on a classic 120 shallow. He was about 70cm.

congrats Jay, i know of a few others caught in the last week.  I am busting at the seem to get a good crack at them.  We are goig up to our spot in a few weeks for an overnighter, should be good, dont know if your keen.
Was this this afternoon mate?  I might go flick a few lures areound tomorrow arvo.  Good stuff.  Third fish i know about for the season now, well done!

Thanks Brad it was a great feeling to get my first for the season. Alot of pressure off now! Yeah it was caught that afternoon, 1st September. Will be going down for another shot this afternoon that's for sure.

I'm definately keen for a trip up there, my step Dad get's back from the US on the 19th Sept so the weekend following would probably be OK if he's up for it. Otherwise I might only be able to come if you've got a spot going.
