I found this recpie here; Pan Roasted Dorado, White Bean Mash, Tomato Relish with Toasted Cumin and Aged Sherry Vinaigrette
I cooked up the dolly I caught with Decella this way and it was delicious. The other fillted I used his pickeled fish for.

I cook dinner a few nites a week, just depends who has more time. GF has some vego tendancies so its good as it means I can program steak as often as I feel like cooking it =0
