I caught this one with my 8/16 lbs rod zenaq. There were 46 meters deep the ending line was 12 lbs

Do you fish with Fredo and Jeje in Nice?
Doesn't look like Fredo's striper, what sort of boat is that?
A great fish and very much like our Snapper family minus the soft rubbery lips of the queen snapper and the bumpy nose of the Pink Snapper, that thing looks like it would take a piece out of you if it bit down hard.
Maybe that's why they call them Denti (because of the size of the dentures)

more things about this fish
you're right that's not very easy to pull up but we have to fish like that because here fishes are very clever.And i use this sort of fishing because i don't use very heavy lures (40/60g)
it's a very very good fish to eat....
it perhaps is the best one for me i've ever eat in france.
but i don't fish with jéjé, but i know him.

what do you mean by ending
what do you mean by ending line is 12lb CED? leader? If that is leader its damn light for fish with teeth like that! :P
