this is a rig I've been trying out in water up to 120m....has worked pretty well on kingfish and other bottom fish......hook is a 10/0 Gamakatsu o'shaughnessy, 300lb kevlar and a 12oz weight....basically an assist hook rig on a big sinker

Interesting
This could definately be a goer for the sambo aggregations of Rotto, definately a cheap option if theyre fired up!

what is that rectangle thing beetween the split ring on the swivel and the kevlar?
getting the bottom line final answer from a bunch of blokes that use false names and put smiley faces at the end of paragraphs is not the best place in the world to get the information you seek.
