But I have always fished with a right handed reel as left handed reels were pretty hard to find when I started out and I find it strange fishing the other way.
I know the argument is that the right arm of a right handed person is stronger - and hence it is better to fish with your rod in your right hand. I am lucky in that my left arm is almost as strong as my right - because I find my co-ordination with my left hand is no match for my right.
