Big Estuary Cod

Caught this cod the other night out at the reef.  This pic was taken after deflating the swim bladder.  Happy to say it swam off well.

Great fish, and good pic as well for a night time shot. Good lump of meat there mate. Glad to hear he swam off ok.

Thanks guys, Brad nah not much popping lately.  Been pretty blowy over here lately (always is this time of the year) so haven't been out much.  I've been having fun with Spaniards and trout the last couple of trips.  Also want to try and do a bit more night fishing, though I'll have to get the GT gear out again before too long.  Too many choices!!

nice fish,like 1 i caught in kalbarr i 10 yrs ago around 40kg
