Best Bait for Pink Snapper from shore.

Gday everyone, these rock crabs are a ball to catch and when converted on a hook it turns into the best bait for Pink Snapper from any rock groyne especially the ASI!

easy to catch!, just use
easy to catch!, just use some bright yellow braid by itself and they cant resist it! lol
My mate birds nested his overhead the other day at hillarys and while he was untangling, the surplus braid was sitting on the rocks... when he went to wind it all in, he realised a crab, a bit bigger than in the picture, was trying to eat it and had tangled itself up in it... (so much for taking so long to untangle it lol!)

The pinkies would go berko over them, hop u dont mind me askin, but whats the best way of converting them to bait?

I usually use a them whole!!
Putting them whole onto to a mustad hoodlum. When you thread the hook through the crab put it through the side near the legs and push it through until it comes out on the bottom of the crab. I was told that pinkies are close to the rocks for the crabs. And use them for berley aswell!
