Has anyone got a Suzuki DF225 or the Johnson equivalent? Was wondering what fuel consumption you get out of them?

I have the Johnno 4st and its on a 6.7 glass boat, with an average load (3 blokes + gear) I get approx 1.3km per litre, how about you?

Well I don't have the motor

Well I don't have the motor yet but it will be going on a 6.5m aluminium boat. Was hoping to get around 1nm (1.85km) per litre as it shouldn't be working very hard. With yours being a sligtly larger glass boat my estimate shouldn't be that far off. How have you found the overall reliability of that motor?

Awesome mate, done about 750hrs with no dramas, wouldnt hesitate getting another.
