Just curious as to what strange tastes people have or witnessed.
Sitting down for dinner tonight and seen a person put a good squeeze of lemon juice on herb crusted fish then smothered it with tomato sauce . Personally can't think of much worse things to put on fish

Covered in vegimite . Then shallow fried In fry pan . First time I was told I thought yuck. It is absolutely brilliant . Tomato sauce goes with anything . Must admit guilty of putting on all fish and cheese unreal stuff . Brilliant on mash potatoes

A few years ago i did that to a fella!!
His name was Scar Campbell for anyone on here that might have known Scarry ( RIP SCAR YOU FUCKER ), Anyway Scar was one of those blokes that was always flat out into stuff, whether that would be getting blind drunk on the front 9 drinking wine out of a thermos or the next week he'd be on one of his health benders ( he actually won an all expenses paid trip to fly to vegas and have dinner with Chuck Norris because he was the highest seller of some health shit that Chuck was involved in in Aus ) Typical Scar!!....
Anyway...
Scar was eating his carrot sticks, drinking this salt water shit and chewing on these dry looking fucking biscuits he had in this little esky on his cart, I spotted a Bobtail on the fairway and when he wasn't looking I slipped it in his esky...
All day he'd been giving us the shits asking us if we wanted a bit of carrot or one of those biscuits and eventually as 3 of us walked and Scarry drove along side in his cart I said ah fuck it Scarry I will have on of those biccys if you've got a spare... He opened up the esky and the bobby didn't bite him but it obviously came close, he did a fucking backflip out of the moving cart.... Needless to say I was holding my crutch trying not to literally piss meself as were the other 2 fellas that saw this all take place...
Very funny!!
I did it to another fella with his woolen wood cover another time slipped a bobby in backwards but wasn't nearly as funny as the backflip!!
Stewart Scar Campbell was his name, grew up in the Scarbs Trig area... I'm sure fellas on here would have known Scar....

First couple of years of
First couple of years of primary school at east carnarvon primary we used to get plenty of bob tails on school grounds.
Our favourite was sliding them along the floor and trying to hit the legs in the girls toilets.

When I was a kid Friday nights meal was always fish & chips from the local shop. Battered fish would always get dipped in tomato sauce as would the potato fritters / scallops. Times have changed, no tomato sauce on fish these days. To some degree I think it comes down to what you were accustomed to in your younger days. I was horrified when my wife liberally added tomato sauce to her corned beef.
