Stradic 8000FJ & 4000FJ repairs

Hey Guys

Can anybody recommend a service/repair NOR area?

Have an 8000FJ that went for a swim the other week and is full of sand.

also my 4000FJ needs a new spring and bolt, bail arm has no spring load in it atm. (don't give your reels a service when sitting on the toilet as nuts and bolts like to go for a non-return swim)

any recommendations would be great.

Cheers
Luke

++ for Oceanside

 My deckie flicked his Okuma overhead out of the rocket launcher into the drink a few weeks back while chasing salmon. This was by Mewstone. I went back a couple of days later and recovered it. Dropped it in a bucket of freshwater and took it to Oceanside. 2 days later got a call to say it was ready for pick up. A great service by them.

Please, if it goes in the drink and you manage to recover it don't spin the reel as the salt/sand will damage the bearing and will cost you lots more in parts.
