South West Sharks

Once again i found this on facebook. didnt think the south west had massive schools of bait like this.. Put it this way, i wont be swimming down here anytime soon if i here of any bait been around! Is this normal for this time of the year? and any chance of all this bait bringing the salmon in?

Mulies and whitebait
The whitebait season is nearly finished for this year along the coast from Quindalup through to Binningup but the mulie season which started approx a month back running through until about June from Bunker bay down past Eagle bay to Dunsborough is in full swing. Late afternoons when the sea breeze is in you can see huge schools of mulies off Eagle bay getting smashed by salmon [if they get that far north ] tuna and sharks so its not something new thats only just been discovered.

ahh ok. So there mulies? in the video are they feeding when they all swim to the surface and then dart back down or are they freeking out becaus of the sharks?. either way, its pretty cool to watch!
