Hi guys I just bought the new saragosa 8000f on saturday and still yet to use it. If anyone has this reel any feedback would be great? Ive been on a couple of other sites and heard it was pretty smooth

Got both the 8000 and 18000.
Got both the 8000 and 18000. I use the 8000 off the beach for casting lures/mulies 4oz sinker. Works a treat. Got a heap of salmon down south last season to 7kg. Handled like a dream. The 18000 is on a 12ft beach rod. Has slayed a few mulloway in the last year. Got 1 of about 9-10kg last weekend.

Sweet as boys, yeh becasue I was looking at the Daiwa Saltist but I read they were a bit flimsy, and shimanos are always a good buy so better safe than sorry.
cheers again

If I spent half as long fishing , as I do reading this bloody forum , I'd be twice the fisherman I am.
