heading down to pt peron for a fish this saturday arvo
any reports down that way??
and what should i be targetting as i never fished there?
worth putting out big baits?

went down there this
went down there this saturday just gone. Can't remember exactly where. Tides were all wrong but there were some pretty damn big gardies down there hey. Also few bites on what we thought were Drummers...not sure. Worth a shot though good luck.

Not alot of reports from that area, how ever if you fishing it, beware of loose lime stone cliffs and walls
Herring are always around, Tailor around the reefs, and a ton of gardies about the place, have heard of bigger fish been caught out near mushroom rock

salmon MAY be starting to
salmon MAY be starting to make presence felt...or they may not...go prepared mate and you will score something, and it may be salmon as it's that time of year...gangs and large blob floats with 1m leader and whole mulies hoiked out ova reef and sand holes on W side of Point...slow retrieve...good luck
