Pink Snapper Closure

hi guys, got a couple of questions that I hope someone can help me with
am I correct in thinking that the fishing for pinkies in the Cockburn and Warnbro sounds is closed from October 1st until 31st January ?
is it still legal to fish for pinkies outwith these two areas ? for example around the 5 fathom or Rottnest ?
I am still new to fishing in this area 
so any info would be great

only in cockburn sound, 5 fathom and rotto are fine, not %100 sure but landing pinkys (having pink snapper in your boat at the ramp) at woodys is a not allowed, im sure some1 will correct me if im wrong. factor in demersal ban, for 3 months anyways, again not 100% on the dates every1 here will know so no snapper ect ect, someone will post a link to the up to date fishing rules shortly ;)

cockburn sound pinks ban
cockburn sound pinks ban starts 1st until jan 31st demersal ban starts 15oct until 15th december
not long to go until we get shut down for 2 months

U can land them at any ramp.

"It is illegal to be in possession of pink snapper while fishing in the waters of Cockburn and Warnbro Sounds during the closed season. However pink snapper taken outside of the Sounds may be transported through, and landed within, Cockburn and Warnbro Sound during the closed season"
