Photos with rods in mouth

Hey all was just looking at some photos on the forum and have noticed quite a few photos popping up with people putting the rod in their mouth? It aint cool guys and it doesnt prove anything. If you really want to impress id like to see someone with a 24kg t curve and a tiagra 50 hanging out of there chops...now that would be cool! Hopefully i have set the challenge

Doubt most people do it to "impress" seeing how squid and skippy aren't really brag worthy.

LOL!!! I have done it on occasion when i have landed a particularly large fish on light gear and i don't see the problem with it most "shooters" include their rifle in pics next to the animal they have shot, is that not cool as well?? cheers

i dont understand either... i paid for rod holders so commen sence says use them, i dont need to brag about catches to often because fishing is more theraputic to me, same reason i got out the car scene, to many people waving the compensaiting goodies around.

Seems its mostly the young guns doing it, could be with the older blokes their false teeth may not be strong enough to hold on for the time to take the pic.
