Had to vote for Brads
Had to vote for Brads bluebone because of two reasons.. firstly, I took the photo :)... and secondly, I've seen how difficult big bluebone are to extract from the reef so definately my pick. Fingermark is a close second, a great shot, but the degree of difficulty is nothing against the bluey.

Too true jay! But a finger
Too true jay! But a finger mark of that size pull like hell! Both great fish and the colours of that bluey are awsome.

They pull alright but they
They pull alright but they aint no where near as dirty as bluebone and they're often found in deeper water. I've caught ones in Darwin similar to Madfishers and they don't even compare with blueys.

All good
All good fish, with great stories to go with them.
Bluey for me, with fingermark close second (straight horizon might have swung it).

Barra Fishing
G'day Spess, the south westerlies cooled it off a bit which stuffed things for a while. Just recently we've had warmer, calmer weather so they should be starting to fire again. I reckon our next trip early Nov could be a bumper.
You can notice the change in seasons now it's really starting to get humid and there is some afternoon build up occasionaly.

Bluebone
I had to vote for the bluebone. Knowing how hard it is to catch one and reading the story it was well deserving.

Perhaps we will be able to replicate it this wk end but it will be interesting to see how it is on the neap tide. Either way we should be able to get some nice crays and some trout.. hopefully :)
