Nutcase in Melbourne

Why oh why didnt someone just take this fuckwit out....

Tee boned him while he was hanging out the window!!

Surely they couldnt throw the book at you properly for taking such a person out in an act of citizen arrest albeit a bit blues brothers....

Old mate running in with the baseball bat was keen but at least he had a crack not like all the other knobs driving past and around him....

Old mate in the black merc should have the money to replace the car, fuck surely crowd funding woulda chimed in and bought him a newy for his public service....

I was dreaming of the 07 lux in all its glory shunting him all the way to heaven...

Amen....

Just maimed and in extreme pain is all that piece of garbage deserves Boony. Same as the tool that cleaned up that poor rubbish truck driver the other day. They should be made to confront the victims relatives one by one to explain themselves.

What am I missing? Right up until he drove into the crowd he was just a hoon in a commodore doing donuts...... Hindsight is wonderful and I bet all those that saw him in action before never dreamed that would be the end result.

Soo true, not in anyones wildest dreams would it have been thought about. Its moments like these i feel we need the death penalty. Im guessing he'll walk into court his lawer will say he was not of sound mind (off his chops due to smashing the glass barbie too hard) he'll get 25 - 30 years be out in 20 and see out the rest of his days sippin beers fed by government pay outs, the fact that he is still breathing is an insult to the four lives his taken one of which didnt even get the chance to experience life.

Why?

Sat, 2017-01-21 09:09

Why is t that every time some dickweek nutcase goes off and creates mayhem we hear the same story? This guy " Was well known to the Police"

The Lindt cafe whacker " Was well known t the police"

Martin Bryant.....well known to the police.

and on and on and on.

If these mongrels are people of interest, or " concern" or whatever....why does it take a tragedy like this for something to get done??

I would love to see the punishment fit the crime, but this guy will get off lightly as he was off his nut, had a hard childhood, or didn't get what he wanted for Christmas in 1997.

Very disappointed to hear he only recieved a shot in the arm, unusual for vicco cops its usually half the mag of the glock 9mm to the chest...

Well know to the police, many charges of violence over the last few years, even on the anti terrorist watch list.
Once again the court system lets a piece of filth like this walk amongst every day citizens. Once again the seriousness of the crime escalates more and more as these drug fuelled people spiral out of control.

Mon, 2017-01-23 18:41

Why is it that fully armed cops (not just this situation ) let these nutters run amok do what they please until this sorta shit happens . But if some teen male or female gets a bit pissed and gets outa control a bit  u have multiple officers jump all over them and lock them up . But if the perp is a bit dangerous it dont happen for fucks sske how many innocent people get killed through lack of action or become collateral damage  i think they need to get it together and jump on these bastards before all hell breaks loose. More action needs to be taken and  if deadly force is necessary then do it .

Mon, 2017-01-23 21:55

I'd guess there would be a little "soul searching" going on amongst the police involved as it seemed as though when he drove off from the intersection there was 4 or 5 cop cars sedately following for a Sunday drive.

Fully understand that they may not have had an inkling of what was going to happen but still...

 Yep exactly Rob, The coppas

Tue, 2017-01-24 04:58

 Yep exactly Rob,

The coppas would be feeling like shit now but seriously how can they sit back ( anybody for that matter ) and allow it to unfold and let him dictate...

He's already stabbed his own brother earlier, surely when he is behaving like he was you have to start to think the worst case scenario and erraticate the pest...

They should have RPG'd him from close range...

And to be fair on the responsible gun owners who seem to continually be in the spotlight anytime a dickhead goes mad I think its time to ban cars...

I've been saying this in our ( responsible gun owners ) defense anytime i get in an arguement with some fucking clown, that guns dont kill people, people kill people...

I think at the very least now all red commodores need to be now locked in a car safe, you need a friend with a 2km road to write you a letter stating you are allowed to drive on said road, you have to now lock your petrol in a seperate car safe than the one your red commode is locked in and you have to wait at least 28 days before your new red commode arrives from the dealer...

Axe - Axe safe

Hammer - Hammer safe

World safe?

If the coppas had of fired their gats at this muppet and missed hitting old mate his wife or child in the back ground they would have been crucified.  No one would have said good on you for trying. Hitting anything with a glock is just about impossible,  let alone a moving target. Dont blame the cops, blame the drug dealers supplying all of these crack heads and the judicial system that keeps letting them out. They will put this fool in protective custody instead of general jail population where he would be sorted within minutes.  To many bleeding hearts and tree huggers getting their way

 I didn't suggest shooting

Tue, 2017-01-24 08:08

I didn't suggest shooting him, it seemed a little comical though when he slowly left the intersection and 4 or 5 cop cars fall in line astern at what appeared about 20kph.

The yanks of course may have just blasted him, however they also seem to more readily use their vehicles with bull bars which would have appeared to be a fairly simple move.

Did the cops on the spot not know what he had done earlier?

In which case it'd seem like a breakdown in communication.

Fully understand as a lifelong hunter/shooter, the extreme hazard of discharging a firearm in that area especially with the limited training/exposure many police have unfortunately.

i dont blame the cops ,

Tue, 2017-01-24 08:42

i dont blame the cops ,

there farked whatever they do in any situation like this ......and any option they take is media /public criticised no matter what it is

what if they had rammed him in the intersection ?? media would say it was over the top , and caused public fear etc .

what if they had shot him in the intersection ?? much bigger outpouring of criticism again

thing is the whole system of how to deal with these pieces of shite is weak and too much emotional manipulation is done by a % of our society who still cling to the idea these people are worth saving or that they even can be saved

imo they cant , those who are violent need stronger detterents early on ,

there is a whole industry , studies and other associated peoples who drive the argument they have rights ...curently these people and theri business is wining , think asylum seekers and any other minority group who constantly blame others for their situation ..... our community has rights and it should overide the rights of these offenders .

the police now are stuck in a half zone . no matter what they do they will get scorned and hammered , now there policy seems to be written by the top people to minimise outside criticism

even their name reflects that .now there a service , not a ''force ''

this bastard should be exterminated , who in there right mind thinks he can in any way be rehabilitated and at some time in the future let loose ?? all we will do is pay to keep him locked up , out of mind out of sight .... nah capitol punishment all the way imo & id also bring back corporal punishemtn into schools as well

anyone else find it interesting his religion or background has largely been hard to find out about ?? & low key in the ,media ??

Tue, 2017-01-24 09:50

I will quite happily donate to a 'cause' that will have this guy sorted once he is inside.
Or even better let him go free and 'accidently' release his whereabouts to a public forum. Then have no squad cars available for a few hours and sent the shire crew with high pressure cleaners to clean-up what's left.
Had enough of these clowns and their lack of respect for anyone or anything. Respect is tied in with fear - make people scared of the consequences of their actions.

Police issue are 40 cal, not 9mm and all ammo is hollow point to prevent through and through. They have no external safety, 3 internals. They are cheap and easy to use. Most recruits have never held a firearm let alone fired one. Most police shootings are within 3 feet of the target, hence the max range when you requal with WAPOL is 8 meters and hard to get a good group at that range. Ex coppa so have used them alot. If you pull the trigger it goes bang, that simple.

Our country is as bad as anywhere for now trying to be politically correct in all facets...

Its all about the vote!!

This country would be better of being a communism instead of the fucking clowns we have running the show I reckon...

I'm also not of the opinion the cops should have used a weapon initially but i think Tee-Boning the shit out of him would have been commended by most...

Don't konw

I Don't know if this is true or more misinformation but copied from FB today

Mark Nossab on the Melbourne "deliberate car crash" - words used by Police to water down the Islamic aspect of this ISIS inspired attack.

LANGUAGE WARNING.

"Comment from an ex cop over the bullshit we are being fed by the media and Victorian Government regarding the Bourke St massacre last week.

Me, as an Ex Victorian Police member, I still have contact with many current serving members. I like to put myself out there as there is life after the Job as a Cop, and indeed there is.

The Bourke Street massacre I wish to put out there some serious issues and questions current serving Victorian Police members have approached me to bypass Force Command. 1. This Prick, was under surveillance for some 7 days prior to Bourke St by experienced Police when he was Bailed by a Bail Justice, opposed by Vic Police.

Surveillance obtained was the intention of The Prick to "mow down as many cunts as I can". 2. The hostage/girlfriend whom escaped from The Pricks stolen vehicle on Bolte Bridge. All media announcements to this date have in fact stated that the female managed to escape the vehicle on Bolte Bridge. My information received from disgruntled current serving Victorian Police Members suggest a serious otherwise.

As this Prick was under serious surveillance, the Special Operations Group (SOG) intercepted the vehicle on Bolte Bridge with a primary to extract/release the female in which they did successfully, however prior instructions were 'no shots to be fired' once female was extracted/released let the Suspect go. And so the Prick speeds off and we all now know what happened.

3. How long will it be before Victorian Police or the State Government led by Premier Daniel Andrews actually admit the facts of the Bolte Bridge intercept and subsequent escape/sanctioned release by 'Powers of Above' that have led to such a Hideous tragedy for many many law abiding people.

Please pass, post, share my post, I am suffering within, was no where near Bourke Street on the day, and some 20 years after resigning from The Victorian Police Force the same shit is going on now 10 fold. /Mark.Nossab/posts/10154405151701234

 Regarding "why didn't they

Thu, 2017-01-26 06:59

Regarding "why didn't they shoot to kill" -

Police training in use of firearms is to "stop the threat".  Whether the subject is killed during this action is not a consideration.  The Police role is to stop the threat and put the offender in front of the court.

With regards to why didn't they shoot him sooner etc.

I wasn't there and only saw what is on TV, but there were a lot of bystanders around in the vision I saw.  They'd be trying to hit a moving target with a handgun and trying not to hit bystanders behind him.  There is also no guarantee that hitting the offender is going to stop the vehicle which may continue on to harm further innocent bystanders.  Would have been a risky call.
