New smoker first attempt

After getting a nice golden trevally I thaught it was time to try out my new smoker. Turned out not too bad but unfortunately I left it a bit long and it dried out a bit . Tasted good tho

brining - half salt/ half
brining - half salt/ half brown sugar helps a lot to maintain juiciness
