I was fishing for bream etc Sammy and I started catching smaller soapies with the bream so I started playing around with different lures etc then all I was catching was soapies upto about 3 to 4kg
Sure put up a good fight on light gear Shorething caught around Mandurah not just that location in the photos everwhere really just had to keep swapping locations until I found a few, i live on the canals and was getting them regular at the bottom of my garden
Yeh this is awesome! It's huge over east, not so many people doing it over here, yet..
May I ask what vibes you found to catch more fish? It's a great option for when the ocean is blown out
Hi Beau the hardbodies that I have had most success are
strikepro 2.5cm micro vibe all colours ( except the golden coloured one) one thing I do with this lure is change the treble hook as I found the ones they come with bend and snap too easily -
river 2 sea baby vibe 35mm - mainly the darker colour ones
the strikepro is my favourite - (especially purple back pinkish bodied one) not sure colour code number
Hi Shorething - catching soapies, bream, herring, tailor and whiting in the back garden is awesome !!
