Lowrance hds-10 question

All heading up to exxy in a month and have a question. The HDS ten unit has to card spots , if I slot my card SD card I loaded all my waypoints from my boat on and keep the boat owners card in as welln, will that wipe his marks and Load mine?

from memrory you have to go to settings to upload the cards data
probly end up with all way points shown but not saved to the card
getting the bottom line final answer from a bunch of blokes that use false names and put smiley faces at the end of paragraphs is not the best place in the world to get the information you seek.

You would have to load the
You would have to load the marks from your card onto the GPS and then it will add yours to the existing marks.Problem is you will have duplicate waypoint numbers and when you call up waypoint number 1 for example there will probably be two of them then which one is yours and which one is the origonal.
