Loonies or Jurien

Got a free pass for the following weekend, no work and a missus keen to see the back of me..... oh the bliss!
Thinking of doing an overnighter for the Saturday to either Loonies or Jurien way, has anybody fished out that way recently? Would appreciate any advice on beach conditions etc. Also open to anyone keen to come along, have some spots in the 4by.
