kokoda sprogs v ecogear sx40

hi guys
i am in the market for a diving bream lure and have come down to two
sx40 and a kokoda sprog
what do you guys think is a better lure, the sx40 or the sprog?
any help much appreciated

i would say the sx40. havnt
i would say the sx40. havnt used kokoda sprogs, but i know kokoda is a "lesser" brand than ecogear. kokoda may be cheaper, but if you buy ecogear, your paying for quality. try some sx48's. there bigger and more things will take them.

Clones
Lures are only cloned for one reason Davy, and usually the clone is nowhere near as good as the original.
Personally I'd rather go with one or two originals than four to eight clones, especially with small mnnow lures where action and balance are critical.

go with what u think will catch fish
if theres fish around their not going to go, oh that boy must have spent alot on that ecogear sx40, why dont we let him catch us, just choose one and if thier biting youlle catch them

Sprogs are only good for
Sprogs are only good for throwing up against a really juicy snag where ou might loose a lures, SX-40's are better balanced, and have a tighter action.
Strikepro pygmy's are a great cheaper lure option, as they are i think $13. Dan and I go fishing together, he uses a pymy and me an SX40, and the catch rates with the same retreives are identical, so save yourself a few $$ and go the pygmy. (get them from BCF)
