hey mate if u r down south try to get to the Busselton jetty its a good spot as there r lots of different fish there.

the main fishing people do of the jetty is herring fishing. the rig is either blue bait on small trebles or a float attatched to a 1-1.5 metre leader with a longshank hook on the end with a little bit of plastic tube that covers the hook. you cast that out as far as u can then retrieve like a lure. herring r around all year. fish at dusk

squid fishing is easy enough but i normally just put a squid jig on a hand line and leave it there for a while. squid r there all year round as well. fish at dusk and just after the suns gone down

tailor fishing is normally productive during summer. the rig is just an unweighted mulie and retrieve it slowly. fish after the sun has gone down.

mulloway around during winter months and take any baits. fish at night

there r many more smaller fish around the jetty as well.

i hope this helps u a bit if u come down to busso.
