esky (chully bun) for those kingies. Would a fish chiller bag work on a Jetski?

Yeah a chiller bag is an option for a jetski, I did have one but unknown to me the zips broke off due to salt water corosion

you could always rig up some sort of tow along device to put a big esky on.

That is another option, however I try to keep the size down since it is only on a small craft. There is a bit of room left to right so I could upsize to a slightly longer bin and therefore fit the whole fish inside
