some variety of trigger fish
It's a Triggerfish, probably a Black Triggerfish due to colour and where it was caught

You can eat Grey Triggerfish
You can eat Grey Triggerfish but not many people talk about eating the Black ones.
They're related to Blowies but don't appear to be toxic like the normal Pufferfish
Seems more people are interested in keeping them as pets
I still could be wrong, might be a different sub-family member of the Triggerfish as colours change at different depths, diets and habitats
