how to bait mussels

hey guys how do you bait mussels?

i use three ways
either shuck them and remove the meat and gently work it all onto the hook (You'll get one bite only, If its not a hook up tou'll need to rebait)
Lightly crack them and fix the hook inside the two lip. (bream)
Or leave live and work the hook inside a lip edge. (bream)

where the mussel was
where the mussel was attached to teh pylon is a series of hairs
grip those hairs and pulland there will be a little hole left
thread a g-lock through that hole and out
