when im fishing for whiting
when im fishing for whiting i just make my own paternoster rig, use a size 2 spoon sinker and size 4 black magic hooks works an absolute treat. The swell was huge yesterday, was difficult to fing a spot where i could fish, only managed to catch a few port jackson sharks.

Gardies all up the coast
There have been heaps of gar all up the coast lately. Just berley up and get into them. Same with Herring. They will run 1st thing in the morning and with a maorning tide as it is now they should keep on coming.

Heaps at Mindarie - both
Heaps at Mindarie - both herring and gardies. As Uncut says - berley up - I went this morning for a quick stint of 2 hours - 13 herring / 5 decent size gardies. Maggots seems to do the trick this morning.
