DEEP DEAN

Hey guys just an enquiery in to a fishing trip i had last year, last year i was lucky enough to get time off and go fishing around the augusta area for salmon i went to cosy corner and got a few salmon good enough and 1 sambo bust of round a rock :( but my question is in regaurds to DEEP DEAN i have heard few people mention it as a good fishing area and a real deep beach now i acessed this beach via elephant rock and to me it didnt look that deep ? am i looking at the right spot or do i have to head further around the beach to find deep water cheers Alex!!:)

Pretty sure you are looking
Pretty sure you are looking at the right spot there salmon hunter, I fished there earlier this year and nailed a heap of salmon out of a school. And yes the access is through elephant rock.
Beach did not seem too deep when i was there.

Yep that's deep dene. Elelphant rock is a top spot too. Saw some 4 kg+ tailor there last year swimming around in broad daylight....
